The short version: By using NilamTrack, you agree to these terms. We provide a SaaS service to monitor NILAM reading programs. You're responsible for your account, content, and payments. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. Disputes are resolved under Malaysian law.
1. Accepting these terms
By signing up or using NilamTrack ("the Service"), you confirm that:
- You're at least 18 years old, or acting on behalf of an organization (school / PPD)
- You have authority to bind your school / PPD to these terms
- You've read and understood these terms and our Privacy Policy
2. Definitions

3. The service
NilamTrack is a SaaS to:
- Record student reading activity in NILAM programs
- Monitor NILAM level progress
- Generate reports for schools, parents, and KPM
- Gamification via badges and leaderboards
- Parent communication via WhatsApp click-to-chat
3.1 Service availability
We aim for 99% monthly uptime but don't guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Service changes
We can modify, add, or remove features anytime. Major changes are announced in advance.
4. Accounts
4.1 School registration
Schools must register through our website form. School admins must confirm they have authority to register the school and share school/student/parent data.
4.2 User accounts
- Keep your password confidential
- You're responsible for all activity in your account
- Notify us IMMEDIATELY if your account is compromised
- Accounts can't be shared
- One user per account
5. Your obligations
You AGREE to:
- Use the Service in accordance with Malaysian law
- Comply with PDPA 2010 regarding student and parent data
- Get parental consent before entering student data (for school admins)
- Provide accurate registration info
- Update info if it changes
- Pay subscription fees on time
You MUST NOT:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Upload obscene, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content
- Collect other users' personal data without consent
- Disrupt or attack the system (DDoS, brute force, etc.)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Use the Service to build competing products
- Transfer accounts or subscriptions to third parties without our consent
- Create fake accounts or multiple accounts to bypass tier limits
6. Payment
6.1 School subscription tiers
A one-time setup fee of RM 499 applies to all tiers (covers initial system setup, training, and configuration). Subscription is paid monthly or yearly (save up to 15% with yearly):

6.3 Add-ons

- Custom domain (e.g. nilam.skX.edu.my): RM 799 one-time
6.4 Payment methods

6.5 Tax
Prices above don't include SST (Sales and Service Tax) if applicable. We'll add SST if required by Malaysian law.
7. Free trial
Premium tier offers a 14-day FREE trial. After trial ends, accounts are automatically downgraded to Basic unless payment is received.
8. Cancellation and refunds
8.1 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via Upgrade Plan menu → Cancel. Account works until end of paid period.
8.2 Refund policy
- Monthly payments are non-refundable unless there's a significant technical issue from our side
- Annual payments are refundable pro-rated within first 30 days (less processing costs)
- Setup fees for subdomain and custom domain are non-refundable after setup is complete
8.3 After cancellation
Your data stays archived for 60 days after cancellation to allow reactivation. After that, data is permanently deleted unless legally required to keep (tax records, etc.).
9. Intellectual property
9.1 Our rights
All rights to NilamTrack software, source code, design, logo, and documentation belong to Pro Global Shop. You only get a LIMITED license to use the Service per these Terms.
9.2 Your content
You retain rights to data and content you enter. You give us a LIMITED license to:
- Store and process content to provide the Service
- Create backups
- Generate aggregate reports and statistics (without individual identification)
9.3 Feedback
If you give us suggestions or ideas, you give us the right to use them without compensation.
10. Liability limits
The Service is provided "AS IS".
We don't guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We're responsible for providing service to reasonable professional standards.
To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages
- Data loss caused by your actions or third parties
- Disruptions caused by hosting providers, ISPs, or infrastructure
- School or teacher actions/omissions in entering data
11. Account suspension
We can suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You breach these Terms
- You fail to pay subscription fees after 14 days notice
- Your activity threatens system or user security
- We're ordered by a court or authority
If you feel suspension is unfair, you can appeal to admin@ustazwan.com.
12. Changes to terms
We can change these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email.
Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian Courts (Kuala Lumpur) or through arbitration under Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) rules.
Before going to court / arbitration, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes by negotiation within 30 days.
